After beating the "Mission awaken: Very hard" mode the next unlocked mode "Mission awaken: extinction" says very hard was actually very easy. And I must agree, by shmup standards it really was easy, 1CC on first playthrough. Although, I've never been great at shmups I've played quite a lot of them so that did help. Going to try extinction now and probably get my ass handed to me.

I've conquer 32-A on steam, very good game, but don't have any relationship with porn except a few enemy have tits...

Explained in the game. They accomplished this by implanting themselves with a cancerous bio-engineered lifeform they call angels. They engineered these lifeforms to corrupt all life on Earth. They didn't consume, and didn't produce waste, but the lack of "self" they developed led them to consume other angels which caused them to integrate the bio-material of other angels resulting in different races of angels due to the mutations of the angel cells. Angel meat is a carcinogen apparently. This eating led them to develop a sense of self again, and they developed pain once more, and that was a snowball down the hill to developing morals, and finally the concept of sin. So at no point in this game are humans present or even known.

man i like the aesthetics and concepts of this game, and it looks like there's a solid chunk of story, but I'm not willing to play (cheat) through so much bullet hell to get it delivered to me in 3-4 paragraph chunks.

The story seems.. potentially interesting, and also potentially filled with uninteresting minutiae, can't really tell with the snippets I've unlocked.

The wicked ones are humans, and they do show up (although somewhat briefly) in the story, and of course they leave stuff as well.

Are you sure? Because the game said they angelfied ALL LIFE on Earth.
