i've got to ask:
Zarory August 2022 has the pic
with everyone nude, even the background characters.
while Zarory July 2021 has the pic
with only the 2 forefront characters being nude, nobody else.
so does Zarory sometimes decide to not do some variants? or is July 2021 actually incomplete?

Nude background characters were a recent development in Zarory's art. Summer Zhongli (September 2021) only has Tartaglia being nude in the background but not Jean or Barbara, for example.

I've only found this one for Kakashi April 2018 but I'm not sure if it's the highest resolution or if there are more. Much like you, I'm also missing the ones you mentioned above plus
