YUUSEI TENSHI PRIMAVEIL DREI: DARK MISSION File Missing

I have downloaded Yuusei Tenshi Primaveil Drei: Dark Mission from Ryuugame, i can install it, open game, open setting but when i try to click new game, it have an alert like missing file (img 1), i have checked in my game folder and ISO install file but cant find that file (img 2 and 3). Anyone played this game please help me to fix this please. Thanks

I have changed Locale to Japan and downloaded Language Pack too, but it look like missing file, not locale or language pack issue. Im already install full DirectX and VS C++ 2008 to 2021

sometimes changing your Locale to Japan or downloaded a Language Pack doesn't work

if you did use what I said to use you will either run the game fine and then hit a missing image error if there was a missing file
and the message would be different then this image without the weird text can you take another screenshot?
