It's no. 1 only because the possibilities are really vast when considering the experience and quality that has been previously produced by ICSTOR.

4. Dating my Daughter

Honestly, no. 2, 3, and 4 are really close and you can be sure that they will nearly always ease through your expectation bar.

5. My Sweet Neighor
6. Parental Love

These two are boiled down versions of Dating my Daughter. Although there are many cons, the best pro is that they are playable in a relatively meager amount of time as DmD is, let's just state, titanic. Also, for someone playing DmD, my best tip would be to ONLY follow the daughter route since it's the only way for the biggest payout towards the end.

I don't think I have discovered other really, really good games as my standards are quite high. Rest assured, I can almost guarantee that you cannot go wrong with any of the aforementioned games. Please do provide me with your opinion and other games like these.

2. house party (love the gamey gameness of this, but it's bug ridden, so I look forward to that sorting)
3. willy D (the puzzles are completely random and hard to guess, but it's good fun to play)
4. milfy city (high quality gaming, and still loads to go)

My top 9 at the moment and why.
1. Acting Lessons (9/10)
(Not just a porn game but also a porn game, differente characters perspectives and a mature story where fuck is important but not the only thing, the most realistic game until today)
2. Good girls gone Bad (8.5/10)
(Very well wrote, a lot of characters to interact with, a lot of interesting situations and a protagonist who is passing a moment on her life of changes and you have to figure with her what are the changes she needs)
3. Summertime Saga (8/10)
(Was my first game and I loved it, the art is amazing and the map of the city is large. The family story is good at first then decrease a little but still can be interesting, some characteres out of the family are good too, my problem with this game is I see some repetitive patterns in relationships and too much time between an update and another considering the amount of patreons it has. Still one of my favourites just for the art, the map and the family story)
4. Babysitter (7.5/10)
(This game can be so good if the devps don´t ruin the character personalities. It started like tipical incest game but for me was a surprise how the plot was increasing more and more interesting. It has some pattern that other porn games have like the tipical friend, the tipical girl of your family who never leave home and so on but everyone of the characters are interesting and can be even better. We will see where it ends)
5. My Sweet Neighbour (7.5/10)
(This game was my favourite 3 months ago but I changed the opinion on a second gameplay because for me the interest when I play the game is to have an affair with the mother and with the daughter at the same time and feel the sensation that the mother can catch me at any time like it was in the holidays but after that the sex was everytime the same and it doesn´t went more spicy or anything. But maybe I´m wrong, anyway is a great game and I enjoyed it a lot)
6. Big brother (7/100)
(This game was amazing and the only reason is not 1º is because I hate to play grinding games where I have to repeat everything all the time, but if I forget the boringness of this the rest of the game was amazing, great aunt character with a lot of spicy on her, a great mom character who was corrupted little by little and was more and more exciting after weeks on the game, 2 good sisters each one of them with a personality and some other interesting characters. The aunt character is probably the best I found in a game until the moment but if you tell me play this game again I tell you fuck off)
7. A wife and mother (7/100)
(Some people is complaining about this game has to much text and it´s slow as fuck and they have some reasons to think that but for me the problem with this game is at the begining where you can be boring by the amount of text but in further episodes the dev understood it and it started to be more direct and now it has a GREAT potencial with a lot of characters and a lot of interesting situations, it can be 1º in my list if dev do it well)
8. Mythic Manor (6.75/100)
(Like I said with Big brother I don´t like grinding games and this one is another grinding game but I like it because all the women on the house have different personalities and are interesting specially Nefari who is amazing. It´s a fun game)
9. Our fate (6.25/100)
(This game has a good MC and a good daughter character but nothing spicy is happening, nothing interesting is happening but the plot has some opportunities to do it interesting. I´m waiting the excitement come to this game and start to improve because it has potential)

Disappointing at the end. Could stay at the top 10 in the past but became a deception finally. Different reasons here:

Babysitter. Disarranged plot and sexually frustrating.
Dreams of Desire. Sex scenes were terribly bad (developers: stop hiding mc faces! it is ridiculous!) and absolutely random. More terrible how the story evolved and felt disjointed with sex scenes. Fantastic models but zero erotism.
Corruption: Really nothing to complain here, but slavery/extreme sluttines is not my taste.
Mr Dots games. Nothing to complain here about developer professionalism but sex scenes are terribly rushed and zero erotism after few updates knowing models and how developer progress the story.
Parental Love. Developer lost the train. Too much time without nothing but patreon fights. Could have been great if developer could have enjoyed freedom to create anything he/they wanted.
Love and submission: Too much ambition. Too much paths for a game of this kind so it is imposible to hand over quality updates in a reasonable schedule.
Vis Major: lazy/not dedicated developer trying to hide reality. I am very tired of all those people who change engine/reboot/restart/remake/start side Project in the middle of something. If they are out of ideas better let it go and start another project. This game is the most obvious sample.
Two weeks: From very interesting female characters and fantastic renders to another vulgar"click at any point in the screen to see if something happens" renpy game.
My lovely Sara: More fantastic renders but ridiculously shorter and shorter updates. I suppose developer is out of ideas.
