Although it is not really my genre (I have a small breast fetish), I would call Rune's Pharmacy the one I loved most of all. It had story and character like many do not have. But, I am in this regard a newby...

What do you consider the best (in english from top to bottom, so no terrible automated translations) rpgmaker game you ever played?

For me, without a doubt its Coceter Chronicles. It's my all time favorite game, and the only RPGm content to even make it in my top 10. As to why, it has great story, amazing world building, a ton of sex, optional Futa content, and really interesting characters. The character, Courtney, prompted me to start a thread a while back about characters in games who you've genuinely fallen for. The world that is built is on par with any major fantasy world you've ever read about or played in, and the story is fun and engaging, leaving you wanting more all the time.

You might also try Zoe's Corruption, Vis Major: Awakening, and games made by ICCreations, The Artifact, and Incest Adventure, both of which are mostly just ok, but not so bad that you want to scream. I had the game The Gates recommended to me, but either through a bug or through not having done something I got trapped somewhere and never picked it back up, it could totally have been user error, because it was from a time when I was opposed to RPGm on principle. Lastly there's a game called The Proteus Effect that was kinda cool, last I played at least. It has some mildly frustrating minigames in it, but those minigames exist in the Fake MMO that the game has you in narratively.

If you do pick up Vis Major: Awakening, I suggest you at least play the prologue to Vis Major. Awakening is a "new game" by the same developer that he upgraded a lot of the graphics and software on, but it also seems he sanitized the game for patreon. So a major plot point about how Cara, the main character, came to be and has her powers was removed from the game, because knowing this means that there's an incest plot between Cara and her father later in the game... in spite of her never having known him.

My favorite RPGMaker game off the top of my head would be Noxian Nights. I thought it was well done with lots of sex and not very grindy. You don't need to play League of Legends to get the story since the story isn't super important. The story isn't bad, but it's not why I played.

Having started playing those over 10 years ago, im sure I wont do those I played all the justice they deserve going by memory. Oh and Rune Pharmacy was really nice, gotta agree there, even better that we nowadays get at least popular games translated, adds so much to it. But lets see about those I still remember without looking through them all.

Japanese ones: Definitely Sangeki of gear, I like normal RPG's and the battle system in this one was very fun, shows one of the few things you can do with RPGmaker, also everything else is pretty nice too, although on an even older engine of RPGmaker its still enjoyable to me. Plus point, its one of the popular ones that got a decent translation. Thankful for the community there.

Another Japanese one, Treasure Hunter Mai is newer and has more variety in scenes, also fully translated.

And add another popular fan translated one to the mix, Virgin Island, definitely worth it if you like being able to go different routes. Not without reason one of the always recommended games.

Probably more suited to the smaller breast preference would be Lucia Script, Priness of a Age-old Kingdom. Has a machine translation, but if I remember correctly it wasnt so bad, and the game has a nice variety. Especially the shame part played a big role, you had one "scene" in which you could run in and lose again and again, with outcome that changed about 7 times, and even the characters that came to help got involved, very suprising and nice.

Now lets add a collaboration one, as in, the game was made and translated at the same time by a Japanese person and an english translator, and got so far as to be released (although censored) on steam. Meltys Quest is the game im talking about, another top recommended game by most people.

And add another collaboration game, this one was translated by someone that got the agreement of the maker (which isnt very common with japanese game maker). Game is called Fallen - Makina and the City of Ruins. Again, a game that went to the all time top games very quickly not without reason.

Alright thats some of the most popular japanese games, and there are way more that might not be translated, or are for different tastes, or that I dont have in mind right now.

Lets add some western ones, which are the ones that are nearly always named when someone asks for them.

Those would definitely be Noxian Nights, Zombies Life, Legend of Queen Opala series. There are more, but you asked for the all-time favorite, and I named way too many already, not saying others are necessarily bad.

I also mostly go for finished ones, it turned out to be just too much work to play every small update of the way too many games I follow in the western market. But those mentioned by for example are all on the watchlist. And I played Zoe's Temptation, my opinion would be that its not necessarily a game that NEEDS to be in RPGmaker, and gets a bit.. convoluted later on, but still enjoyed it. Not a top pick for me personally though.

Holy crap I wrote too much, gonna stop.

Probably Karryns Prison since it implements quite a bit of mechanics i haven't really seen anywhere else. The Artist is also top tier and based on previous games you can expect quality from them. Gameplay is very fluid and enjoyable especially because the combat isnt your usual rpgm trash like 90%.... 95% of other rpgm games. Then there are quite a bit of unique systems implemented. It also has imo the perfect amount of grind. Oh yeah and its also almost done.

Then there is also Nymphomania Priestess which is nowhere near done but from what you can already play it looks very promising. Combat/Gameplay is very unique and the Art is S-Class. Well TechnoBrake has probably one of my favorite art styles.

Honorable Mentions:
Ariadne
Tina, Swordswoman of Scarlet Prison
Cursed Armor 1 & 2
Metal Edge Girl
Flash Cycling 2

Detective Girl of the Steam City: I liked the gameplay loop and loved the many things you can do in town as well as a corruption and pure route.

The Last Sovereign stands miles above any other RPGM game - it has an actual story, choices matter, the MC is properly developed, and characters resemble actual humans.

Kinda hard to pick one since i've been playing a lot of those rpgmaker games the last years.
Too not put much effort on my head choosing i would say that my favorite porn rpgmaker game nowdays is either Claire's quest or Cursed armor.
But before diving deep into this genre i was very fond of Erahunter (That one ended up disappointing because of the slow development) and Lust doll, since i player both on newgrounds on browser. That in a time i wasn't so used at downloading porn games.
