Yet another Big Brother Error (10.0.004)

So I tried this without mods. With mods. Every which way. But I get this scene here, right after asking mom what she is watching, with no option whatsoever to proceed, and the game basically breaks at this point.
This happens in the alice spider scene and mom bathroom scene too.
Posted in the troubleshooting thread but I was told to post here since it could be my computer's issue.
Any ideas?

Please be more specific. What exactly happens when the game "breaks"?

General troubleshooting tips:

• Delete and re-install game. Do NOT use old saves.
• Ensure Windows and your video drivers are up to date.
• Play the game using admin rights
• Close all other programs before playing

You see the image the that I attached, that is just what I get. There is no option on the bottom right side, where there usually is, so I cant go forward. I cant end this conversation, I cant skip this scene. Nothing happens past that picture. I can open the options menu tho with ESC, but I cant really do anything there to get out of this.
