Without tags not wroking?

I'm using Brave Browser, it might be the issue, but its a chromium browser so there really shouldn't be.

Whats basically happening is that for some reason the without tag dosnt seem to do anything for me, stuff i dont want to see still shows up. am i misunderstanding how it works or something?
