Why isn’t Hara-Min! on here?

So I did some looking on vndb and Hara-Min! does have a translation patch with it and I was just curious as to why it’s not actually on this site? I didn’t see the progress on where the translation itself was since I couldn’t buy it on the site, but is it probably due to it not being fully translated?

The translation was never completed and there has not been any news from the translator since 2014. I'm sure you can find the japanese version and apply the partial eng patch yourself if you're really that interested in it.
