i was wondering what the justification for this rule is. not just because i commonly see games that seemingly violate this rule and are still on the site but also because of the tags on a similar level that are allowed to exist.

for example urban demons and a zombies life you play as an underaged boy, i heard in UrbanXLife there is a scene where you molest a child in the park. Incestral Awakening was once banned but now isnt? as far as i know the girl is still as seemingly underaged as shes gonna get. 'The Lewd house' has toddlercon. vitamin quest you play as a nudest elf and rape little boys not once but TWICE in the starting areas. and immdeiatly after the starting areas you get raped but underaged orc boys

this is a adult site so i assume that most people on it understand that just because somone plays GTA doesnt mean they wont go kidnap a hooker, rape her, then kill her then follow this act up with a murder rampage in the street.

so why is lolicon banned on any level? because its illegal? murder is illegal but theres GTA, incest is illegal but that tag is pretty popular, rape is illegal, heck in some countries homosexuality is illegal. so this makes no sense either

and my final guess is personal preference. if its banned just because the site owners dont like it then does that mean in the future if this site ever changes hands do people need to worry about other tags being banned? im not exactly fond of scat, NTR, or ero-guro but im not going to ban peoples fetishes just because they disgust me

i think rule 7 should be removed and people should be able to post whatever weird-ass fetishes they want (as long as its properly tagged so you can avoid it if you want)

While I'm sure there is some personal opinions mixed in, the rule is likely there to cover the site's back from legal action. As you've likely heard in the news, a while back there was crackdown on some of the things you mentioned, leading to actual arrests. Granted, to the extent of my knowledge, these were case of IRL versions of those genres. However, as long as F95 has a rule on the books, and keep their reputation above board, they can get away with the Schultz Defense when actually implementing it: "I saw noth-ink."

It's a legal issue that ties into the survival of the website. Here are 3 very compelling reasons -
1
- We're trying to stay on the right side of the businesses who provide the hosting and server space. They have laws to follow just like we do. So we are trying to do the best we can with providing the game we can but still "stay under the radar". Problem is, once it starts getting too extreme like young realistic sexual content, then those businesses will refuse to host us or provide servers.
2- The younger content brings in "undesirables" (pedophiles and others) from the deep web and elsewhere who often are being tracked by law enforcement.. that's bad for us in 2 ways.. those "undesirables" often bring some nastier content with them and the law is now going to scrutinize the site. Again, really bad.. The hosters/servers will drop us in a second if we bring in the law.
3- That content will NOT go unnoticed by hacktivists who won't hesitate to flood this site and use tools to make our lives very very miserable.

Remember, if we trigger a NEGATIVE response from the hosts and/or servers, we have no website. NO F95Zone in other words.

Let's start with posting the actual rule, since barely any users read them. This way we can make this educational for some fucks

If a game contains sexual contact with realistic or semi-realistic character(s) who show no sign of puberty(ie prepubescent) then the game should not be shared. Basically, if it looks like a real kid don't post it. As this involves some discretion, if you are unsure ask a Staff Member
Made the shit bold, that matters

This one is easy explained in one sentence.
None of these games fall in the "realistic" or even "semi-realistic" category.
this is a adult site so i assume that most people on it understand that just because somone plays GTA doesnt mean they wont go kidnap a hooker, rape her, then kill her then follow this act up with a murder rampage in the street.

Yes many of those things are illegal in some places, however there are some factors to consider.
What country is the server based in and is the DEPICTION of said act illegal, or just the act itself. You see, depiction of rape, homosexuality, incest, murder aren't illegal in the country the server is based in... In fact almost nowhere on this godforsaken planet.
Depiction of pedo shit is however in some countries.
and my final guess is personal preference. if its banned hust because the site owners dont like it then does that mean in the future if this site ever changes hands do people need to worry about other tags being banned? im not exactly fond of scat, NTR, or femdom but im not going to ban peoples fetishes just because they disgust me

Woah there, easy with the assumptions
It's certainly not because the staff just straight-up likes something or not, it's because they flipped a coin and it landed on heads.
This has absolutely NOTHING to do with anyone's fetish. You just made examples of games yourself that contain this kinda stuff and aren't banned, so it's obvious, that loli shit ain't straight-up banned. Also you CAN'T ban anything.

No Rule 7 will not be removed. We don't wan the set to get taken down. We don't want @Sam to get taken away, by Interpol, we don't want @Pepé Le Pew out on the lose, raping cats. We don't want @TheImage hanging in some boring ass museum. We don't want @TCMS and @Bloo to be put in some zoo. We don't want @muttdoggy to be put into the kennels.

Rule 7 is about REALISTIC depictions of PREPUBESCENT children. This is neither about drawn stuff, like Insexual Awakening, nor about young teens or anything. If we remove Rule 7 it will open up the forum to the posting of straight-up Child-Pornography and when that happens, this site won't be here for long.

There you have it, straight from the pupper's mouth. So, for those who want a tl;dr, it's to stay above board/under the radar, to not provide a platform for viral growth, and to not give anyone fuel for the fire of their crusade against the site.

@MUTT
1- how is 'realistic' defined? 3d? unable to cum? babies?
2- does the deep web not include rapists?
3- wouldnt they go after the maker of the game instead of the forum it was posted on?

@Oiz
so as long as its not realistic its fine? what defines realistic? screwing a baby at all isnt very realistic so is toddlercon fine? children dont enjoy sex IRL so if they are depicted as enjoying it is it not realistic? a little boy cumming prior to the age of 13 isnt realistic so is it ok to depict an 8 year old cumming?
i made a number of assumptions and said why each one i didnt like. each assumption is just to get them out of the way not to cast aspersions

Rule 7: Basically, if it looks like a real kid don't post it. As this involves some discretion, if you are unsure ask a Staff Member

2- does the deep web not include rapists?
Rape porn isn't an issue in the majority of western countries.

3- wouldnt they go after the maker of the game instead of the forum it was posted on?
If we're distributing it, we're liable. If we were a safe habor for it, and there was a ton of said content then it would attract a ton of attention.

This has already been discussed and answered multiple times. I'll keep this going for a little bit longer then lock.

That's why staff look at the games in a case by case basis. Generally before a loli/shota game gets posted it gets discussed by the staff. To see if it CAN be posted without risk of getting the site and the (almost) 2 years of work put into it taken down. Afaik it's about how real said person looks. So a loli game in 3D, that looks like... Detroit: Become human level of realistic for example would definitely not be allowed. However, to go back to one of your examples. Insexual Awakening, doesn't really look realistic at all (Even though it makes people uncomfortable). Characters have big heads and eyes and it has an overall very comic-like look.

In general it's a case by case basis. It's not about what the staff finds acceptable, but about what would the service providers find acceptable and the country the server is based in from a legal standpoint.

I know you didn't mean to claim any of your assumptions to be true, if I did I would have called them accusations.

It's really very simple:
People don't like **********.
If it looks like **********, it's not allowed.

@muttdoggy has already said everything important but I would like to get rid of two things here. When I found F95 Zone and saw on which hosters the games were uploaded, I had tears of joy in my eyes. No one really wants this site to ever go offline!
The laws are so knit is understandable and I welcome here in the forum rule 7! Even if it is fiction, which is unfortunately number one, unfortunately, one has to say that not all human fiction and real life can be differentiated. There are so many treats and fetishes, although I really can not understand how many people can stand on such a thing, rape for example who can be pleased to humiliate against so humbly I do not understand it, I have to say the border is at shota and loli clearly exceeded. Even just an incident encouraged by the fiction the well-known way begins in the head is just one too many. And that's where our responsibility here on the internet is to stop this fiction.

All due respect to the mods and uploaders, but this turnabout of removing and reaccepting games with shota and loli content and absolutely no plausible justification (it pratically is because the staff decided) is highly inconsistent and sketchy. This was proven right now with the return of IA. Don't get me wrong, i have nothing against the game or its kinks (was downloading from other sites, since it wasn't here), but to say it doesn't have prepubescent children just makes me laugh, or doesn't have a REALISTIC description (whatever that means) makes me even more confused, because i don't find any porn game posted here or elsewhere realistic at all.
So yea, i kinda agree that rule 7 is useless, because i don't see plausibility with its applicability.

Just to make it clear, given my reasoning that no porn game have realistic descriptions of pedophilia, are other 2D games with shota and loli allowed? i'm still confused af, because Young Wife Souffle had a handful of shota content and was removed, IA main theme is shota and it's here, and i don't even know if the guys who removed YWS played it to claim is realistic (it isn't).
And Inb4 Maitetsu is released, will it be posted here too? because i dread the day f95zone is more prudish than Sekai Project :test:.

Yes, I was also very surprised by the post from IA and I have to say that I watch the whole thing with a little worry. Either you are strict or the forum will soon be flooded with the pedophile shit and then disappear in nirvana.

God damn it.
  1. It's not about being realistic OR having prepubescent children. It's about being realistic AND having prepubescent children.
  2. No one ever talked about the description of the game when it comes to realism. It's about the visuals. I honestly have no clue where you got that idea from. Please read this thread before posting such nonsense, as it was said multiple times.
IA was reviewed and deemed not breaking the rules, because it doesn't LOOK realistic at all.

There is a giant misconception in the public mind that changing your mind or undoing a decision is a sign of weakness. This is why we have things like the failed war on drugs in US.

We reviewed the game again and found it to be inkeeping with other games which are on the site, so we reversed an earlier decision. There is nothing 'sketchy' about this and I'm not sure how anyone could jump to such a conclusion.
