There is no clear colleration between games and real life crimes. If there was any our society would be doomed as most youngsters nowadays play games like GTA. Freak in USA shooting in a school is usually just a part of their "right to defend yourself" and is not connected with games as it's kinda standard situation in states. But child abuse you mentioned is mostly the reason why incest is forbidden in most countries. Males are naturally horny and their mental issues easily affect their sexuality. That's why incest is almost always a father/uncle/brother who abuse their daughter/niece/sister. But games are not real. We have shitloads of heavier themes here and it's hard to expect that they affect people in real life in any way. Any fetish is ok as long as it's here

With whole respect to you and your theory, it just doesn't sound right. People are more or less perverted and on the internet they can fulfill their inner fantasies without affecting other people.
