I do not know why you have so few supporters. If I knew the secret to making a game that brought in thousand's of $$$ per month I would make one.
Find an underserved niche audience, and exploit them. When you're desperate for any content, you'll pay for slop.

Thank you for your answer, I'm going off topic; do you think that having only 1 game and 4 months of existence (9 months in reality) prevents people from sponsoring my story?
It's more the number of finished games that have its importance here. It mean that you are trustworthy and finish what you starts. And in a time where nearly one out of two and half games are abandoned, it's something important.
But of course, a new creator can't expect to have an effective success right from the starts.

This said, in your case there's probably something else. The renders are decent enough, above the average, and the story interesting, and the rating honest. Your game clearly deserve more than 2 patrons.
But in the same time, I have to admit that despite having seen it more than once, I never felt the desire to try it. I don't know why, but it isn't appealing for me. And, unlike probably many players (because this also probably play a role), I'm french so it's not because of its name and a possible fear to have a game only partly translated.

Quick reflexive response - from a marketing standpoint, not from a content standpoint:

You might consider changing the banner art to something more sensual while still evoking the horror aspects of the game. The current banner, while intriguing isn't necessarily inviting and actually isn't a good representation of the better-than-average renders in the game, itself.

Change title and all screenshots to English if you want more eyes on your product, initially. It sucks, but it's reality. Even non-native English speakers appear more likely to look at an English product than a product in another language not their native tongue.

Otherwise, double down on the fact that your game is French. Hard. Promote that the primary language is French and find sites where French is primary language and promote it hard there. There are just under one hundred million native French speakers in the world. About a third of a billion to half a billion who speak it fluently or quite well. If even one in one thousand play adult video games (it's more than that) - you're looking at 500,000-ish potential players that have a strong fluency in French. Based upon the countries where French is the official language - develop with Android-first in mind. Really develop for the phone/tablet market(actually, all developers should have "android-first" mentality - but specifically with a French-primary market in mind).

Understood but I'm not saying lay bare the nakedness. There a big difference between sensual and sexual.

Again, I don't know the characters and their importance - but I can't help but think this image as your banner would attract more initial interest in your game. I'm not looking at the content, simply at the branding.

It's charming and chilling at the same time. It gets across the concept of the game being based in virus/zombie genre.

I'm not saying use this image - but that this image has some of the tonal quality that may attract more "window shoppers" to your product and appears to be a better branding option than your current banner. There might be a similar image in your game which can draw in even more initial lookers - or perhaps you make a specific banner image that encapsulates the suspense as well as the sensuality of the game.

I understand what you mean. Thank you for your message. I am a novice, I create a story first. For me the porn comes second, the story is more important... But I totally understand the concept... I'll think about it and probably review my priorities, thanks again.

We're veering VERY off topic, DavyCroquette started it. But if we must.

There is nothing in the game that I thought is the worst porn game ever, so don't bring it up here.

BUT, I would NOT use that image with the bloody girl there. That would DEFINITELY turn away more people. One problem with the game that I read (I haven't played it) is that if I recall, two love interests die right at the beginning of the game. People don't like that typically. I know it's dark, but that's a little too dark when you established loved ones.

The problem is that some people stop at that, without realizing that later, we learn that they are not really dead.

The game is called "THE GIRL FROM THE ZONE", So it's the girl he meets in the zone at the beginning. She is very important for the story, but it is precisely this girl who dies at the beginning. I'm not really going to kill the "hero" of the game, it would be absurd...

There are also several parallel stories in the head of the MC, we can say that no one really dies, because they are all likely to return to one world or another...

(Sorry for the off topic)

I have only played about 20. But the worst one (Writing wise) to me is Halfway House. I do not know a single middle aged woman irl who says "Hehe" every other sentence. It's just flat, bland, and not engaging. Ditched the game near the end of episode 2 - Just couldn't stomach it anymore.

Perhaps this one: https://f95zone.to/threads/milftoon-drama-v0-35-milftoon.7346/

"Hell nah, this is one of the worst games if not THE worst games I've ever found on this site.

First I saw this beautiful art and thought how unbelievable sad it is, that this is abandoned. Because you rarely run into so decent animated art! And then even with an incest theme.

But holy shit is the whole game engine bad. There's often text that you can't skip and have to deathstare at words like "oh" for 4 seconds. Meanwhile the most generic and soulles, overused acousticguitar-while-we-clap-our-hands music is blasting in the back infinitely.

And then the "quest" system.. in order to progress in the story, I had to turn off a heater for the bathroom. ONLY ON WEDNESDAYS!!!

How the fuck is someone supposed to figure that out on their own? There is no ingame guide or hint system, nothing. And then you have to re-visit that bathroom at exactly 17:00. Like, what the fuck? And the switch is very tiny, I didn't notice it until I looked up what to do here.

Even a monkey would come up with better game design ideas.

After giving this 2-3 attempts (yes, I had to push me several times) and playing the first hour, I can say I absolutely understand this got abandoned.

It's good that they cancelled this trash, this is so far beyond worse, any effort would be wasted into this framework of a "game"."

The first version of my own haha. This is the project I use to learn to code. Even today when I look through my code, the difference is night and day between the areas where I started and the areas I added more recently. It didn't break anything, but my old code made it and still makes it hard to add new stuff on to it without it all conflicting.

Other games I found "bad" usually had to do with having almost no content, or being extremely longwinded.
