What appeals to you in porn games besides the porn?

I've actually been curious for a while now because although I know porn games are mostly made for the sake of porn, there are a good couple games in the NSFW area that have appealed to me. Games where I've actually found myself skipping scenes to be more invested in the story, or like the challenge of the gameplay. Ones where while the porn is either okay or great, I still get hooked to the rest of the game, and where it feels more of something I can enjoy playing rather than just search online for CG galleries or 100% saves.
And if you want, you can also reply things you don't find appealing at times in porn games too, along with the options you did choose. I'm just curious is all about what a lot of people are more drawn to or disinclined to try.

I like Character + Story buildup and plot, flow of story, art style, emotional connection between characters, psychology of characters.

My theory:
Story + sex > Story > mindless sex with no plot "Help me, I'm stuck step brother".

I haven't played many porn games, but I know that in regular games (RPGs in particular), I like solid characters and an engaging plot to follow. You can't beat a character with an intriguing personality.
