There isn't one at the moment as far as I can tell, but the game isn't nearly as convoluted as the first one.

I didn't made it, I fount it somewhere, but I can't remember if I reached 100% or not, sorry >.<

I got a RGSSS102E.dll cannot be found after downloading the game.

That means you don't have the right version of RPG maker. Check my signature and use one of the links to download all the installers. Then install all of them.

For some reason, when i run the game without Applocale it pops up with an error message that also instantly closes out the game. But when i do run it with Applocale there's no english text. What do? If someone can help me i'd much appreciate it.

You need to DL/extract in J local, but it doesn't need to be there to run it. In other words, make sure you extract it in that locale...
