Anyone else having difficulty downloading this from NOPY? I try downloading it from their server, and it always fails due to a "network failure". I must have tried like 50 times now to get it to finish downloading, and it never works.
All the other links are dead unfortunately.

Use a download manager, just google "Download Manager", there are many free ones that are good.
