Not sure if resolved already, but I just downloaded from NOPY and had no issues extracting with 7zip. Also downloaded the WorkUpload version and it had no issues either for me.

Checked the zip and god dammit something in the collection got corrrupted. Yeah use 7zip to extract the files. Don't use Window's built in extractor. As for what's corrupted, I have no clue. The files should still be fine regardless.
