This is pretty nicely sprite animated, would have been more interesting gameplay wise if the enemies could rape the main character as well as those side characters similar to what you'd see in a run-or-rape setting, though I suppose the side scrolling shump isn't bad on it's own right. There's not much reason to keep playing it when you want to pause and fap to the sprite sex so you don't die to all the bullet shoots however.
