Has anyone else had trouble with the webs of bothrioc quadommes? It seems close to impossible to free my character from these. Given the stats on my character (strength is a measly 13 but reflexes is at 40) i have been wondering if the smuggler's escape artist perk might not be working on these.
Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Edit: Tried a little save editing to raise/lower strength and it indeed seems the smuggler's escape artist doesnt work on this ability. Has anyone tried if the tech specialist's shock grapple breaker works here? I have no current tech specialist to test this easily.

Unless you're talking about the "new" patreon policy that made a few scenes and probably characters disapear, then yes, the public version is up to date until the new patron only.
