After trying and failing to use screen translators I was scouring the internet looking for a translation and on Arca (Korean website) I have found 4 threads relating to Anasteema Tea Party, 2 of which were translation requests and 1 of which was during this year. I have no clue if they did translate it as the posts were blocked for me except for the comments, I decided to bring it up here just in case someone decides to see what's up there.
Also, on a sketchy porn website called SpankBang I found a video called 'Anasteema Tea Party Shinon' that had an in-game sex scene that seemed to be translated into English.
