Kagura Games (who did the recent translation of another Acerola game, Yukino) will probably do this one as well. Almost a waste to ask for a translation of this when you could ask for so many other NTR games to be translated

So KaguraGames WILL translate and publish this game in the west.
It's still FAR AWAY though as they just released President Yukino, which is extremely similar to this game (working odd jobs to get money) and they have a couple of games to publish in the coming weeks. I'd ASSUME that they'll publish Liana around Q1-Q2 2019.
