Time for a Progress Report:
Intro done.
Upper area of the town done.
Slum area 1 done, except a shop.
Slum area 2 done, except the Inn and a suspicious item shop.
Masturbation H scene done. All variations.
Birth H scene done. All variations.
Game over done for Tentacle/Bandit in the intro of the game.
Watching over a little boy, H scene done.
Thief game over and follow up scenes done.
Surprise attack of the tenacles done, expect the high corruption scene.

It's too much to count to be honest.

But:
4-6 H scenes left.
Brothel is missing.
And the last part of the story.

So I would say, I'm close to finish it.
From a translating point of view.
But after that the fixing and rewriting process starts.
