This App can't run on your PC help

If I'm not in the right forum please accept my apology. I have a slight problem. Recently downloaded a game from the Nyaa website and for some reason the message pops up "This App can't run on your PC..." The game is Monmusu Conquered World. Is there anyone that can help me fix this problem? Thank you! Running Windows 10

Ty I will try and figure out how to do that. Also does it matter if the game has been modded with english at all?

Set locale to Japanese and made sure the language pack is in the right place, but still brings up same problem "This App can't run on your PC..." #unhappyface

may sound dumb but i have done it before downloaded an incorrect version. Have you downloaded the correct version for your pc

If the game came in a zip, have you tried extracting with Japanese name encoding?
