i cant get it to run smooth or even watchble its running at 2fps if that, as a comment said making them gifs works better and would probably lower preformce cost. its not good on older stuff, or even decent phones. i cant get it to run the animations. (ps i know my spelling is shit,)

This is an amazing example on how you could save yourself so much time and output far better content by nixing the whole "game" aspect and just simply making animations. The models used and the final renders look good and if you're into fnaf stuff you're probably gonna like them. That said they're all bloated files with extremely minimal content that could have just simply been webm loops or something. Puppet dance and baby 1 man are exceptionally bad with the motion controls. 90% of the file size is just the game itself as an overly glorified animation viewer.
