First :
* I Have Never go inside the house of Emma when i have meet the first time and the stats with her so haven't never increase (I mowed the lawn several times and I also spied on her when she does Yoga but the stats do not increase)

How To Increase the stats with her or how to come in her house ?

if did you talk to the pharmacist (Kelly) about the hospital ?
I seem to remember you have to do that twice and she will and she will mention her friend Emma.

Then go talk to Emma and you are in.

That is because you saved the game while inside her house so when it load up again it skips the scene that you sytart at the front door (look at TV.)
Go out of her house and knock again to see if you get the option to fix the TV again.

I've got a black screen at Emma's, when going to give the batteries.
What I also noticed is that I can mow the lawn twice on the same day: first knock on door and mow the lawn, later sneak to backyard when Emma is excercising and offer to mow the lawn.

I have never been able to talk about adoption to mom because the option of "Talking Emma" to Kelly had never appeared.
With the new update, the problem is finally solved at home.

I cant get pass to emma house to look at TV in current version, just after enter the house I'm getting frozen black screen.

Yeah I'm having the same problem. Tried it once and managed to get inside to find out about the batteries then when I tried to give her the batteries it froze to black. Now can't even get in to check the TV to start it since it just goes to black.

I haven't found the mother and sister in bed together but cant seem to find either of them at night in their rooms. Any ideas as to why they are both missing?

So I downloaded the latest beta, but can't access my saved games from previous. Ok no worries I know the walkthrough a bit, so I get a little into the game and try to save and a black screen shows up, and never goes away. Any hints as to what I can do to fix this?

to me when I try to bring the batteries to Emma as soon as I open the door and enter me with a black screen and I can not continue with the game and I am forced to restart ... Anyone know how to fix it?

I got around the Emma tv repair black screen like this:
1.Go to Emma's front yard.
2.set the variables: batteries=1 and tvrep=2 with your gamestate editor of choice, i used
