Do you need a special item to push blocks ? You also need a key to enter inside the desert dungeon, which I think is given by the priestess in the village.
Having the same problem. No idea if an item is required, but just moving into the block at the desert does nothing. I have traded in all gems & gone to the waterfall several times.
Look for different colored stone walls on the map that you can destroy with the pickaxe you can buy from two different shops (if you heal the woman in town with your milk she will give you a letter, show that to the woman in the shop called grim groceries outside town to get the items for half) to reveal a hidden heart and there's another one you get from another woman but i forgot where it was. ;__;
You grinded through all that? Ewww. If you have the grapple whip you can use it to cross the lake to the west of the mansion. That leads to the snow fields and the third dungeon. There's also a mini-dungeon it let's you reach to get the whore training for free, but I guess you don't need that anymore ;p

Well i farmed cash in eating the mushrooms you can find under the bushes and fuck the kobold enemy near the succubus house to fill those titties and then sell the milk to the woman nearby.^^ Sadly i missed the secret to massage the breasts for massive milk increase but i'm still alive.
For blue gem go to the blacksmith, he'll upgrade your sword to launch beam when you're at max life,
