Go to wicked whims on lovers lab and make sure you downloaded the recommended for the nude bodies you might be missing a mesh is what it looks like.

I have the sim4 game but for some reason the mod doesn't work, believe me I follow the instruction step by step. I have to check the version of the game

Maybe the question is silly but, did you enable the script mode?
