That was when I first saw "Another world" and I remember my friend falling on the spike and I'm like "omg there's blood" cuz that didn't exist in games back then. lol

I dig the artwork, a lot. It reminds me of... the Zelda games that *never* existed... cough cough... but a lot of work got put into em, and the retro feel is badass.
Go back to the frog guy that you gave the original message to.
I've found out what to do after arrived to the house. In case anyone wonders: go talk to the blue dog thingamajig south to the shade village and type mongrel at his question (you can check more info in a letter in your inventory.) After that, go talk with the frog at the north to advance the story.
My save must be bugged then. All he keeps saying is that I can't fool him, he can smell if I've been around the commander or not (I've beat her and got her shotgun).
I defeated the cat lady with shotgun and talked to the frog and he walked away. What do I do now?

I went into this game with low expectations. The splash screen is quite shitty (imo.) and the screen shots didn't seem all too promising. Being greeted with walls of text in the beginning before you are in no way invested in the game is also not a good sign. The first half of the starting area, was less than ideal (but I liked the humour and the smooth albeit weird animations).
Then as the game progressed Hornblase blew off the hinges and showed, that he actually intends to make a porn game. I mean an actual game with lots of porn. Unlike all the cheap VN's or "rpg's" meant to milk patreons, with which we are oversaturated with today. I just hope he stays somewhat consistent in releases and amount of content. I'll probably be a patreon in a couple of month if that is the case.
FYI the cat lady is back at the house after you defeat her. You can replay the sex scene.

Hornblase actually has a long history of completing games. I played his first game on Newgrounds many years ago, and it was absolutely one of my favorites. This appears to be his most ambitious project, but personally, I believe he'll deliver, just like with his other games. TBH, this demo is actually a good testament to that. How many v0.0.X games/demos have you played that offered anywhere near as much content as this demo?
