You need to go to Belle's character screen and click on the circle in her corruption display to start the quest to be able to raise her corruption

You could use this to not only change the file to activate the console, but extract the Renpy archives

The first one?
I think you had to activate her "bedroom skills" quest for that, get the book from the pixie, then choose the magic book option when Belle comes to the store the next day.

To sell the first magic book go to your shop then open the book in your inventory and chose prepare for sale. Then sell her the book next day as a normal special book.
