The game is called Tales of Androginy and revolves around a pretty clear theme of female domination and feminization, no need to add such a feature. It's just meant for a precise audience. If one doesn't like it, one should simply skip it and find something better tuned to one's tastes.

Well you can always donate money to majalis to speed up the process. I was born male, had 2 breast augmentations, have taken zero hormones, but present androgynous in mostly tomboyish clothes. How is that not androgynous? My physical configuration is very close to my suggestion for the game. As I pointed out, Warlock and Boobs has already demonstrated how to implement such a thing.
Also, it's not a matter of distaste. The game is amazing as is. It's just another dynamic that could satisfy an additional demographic.

Futanari usually refers to women with a penis, not to men with boobs. That's why I replied what I did.
In reality, there is very little difference to a pansexual. Though I completely understand it's a deal breaking difference for conservative sexual preference.
While we're adding dynamics to 'satisfy additional demographics', I also demand that they add-in and rework previous content to satisfy my particular fetish for the MC to always wear a red hat, and that all erotic dialogue be written with an implied New Zealand accent...
That should help delay development of the core content of the game by a few more months...anyone else want their particular niches added in too?
I believe that is taking it out of context. If there were a community of red hat fetishists that rivaled the futanari fanbase then your argument would apply perfectly.

It's a difference in the fantasy the porn content delivers. Those who like this game like the idea of a man feminized. If the MC were a girl from the start the game wouldn't fullfill this kind of fantasy.
It's not about conservative sexual preferences (this game is all but conservative in the fantasy it delivers), it's about preferences.
The game wouldn't pack the same punch for a lot of people if the MC was not a man.
I mean, you're right, I did take it out of context. But I'm trying to say that reworking the whole game to offer a new gender or at least a new set of tits on the MC is a huge undertaking, not the authors' interest and is EXTREMELY overrepresented throughout the rest of the market.
