I got it to work by burning the files onto a CD. Don't know what to tell you about the underlying problem, but It couldn't find the .bin file on my hard drive for some reason.

Ehm.... if I understood your question, it's the game itself that is censored. We don't do anything at all. We just upload the game as it is! It's a standard for the Japanese games being censored - in the past wasn't like this, but times changes!

the site gets the games from japan, which in turn answer to the Japanese government. and even then the fault lies within american prudishness, as Japan adopted these laws cause they were terrified of being nuked again, so they kissed up to america with censorship laws. "This is a lengthy VN with good grammar. Even though the backstory doesn't really make a lot of sense and there isn't any player choice, there's plenty of kinky stuff in here. This review needs more than 200 characters which I think is a bit ridiculous and explains why there aren't any reviews on this yet."

This review was deleted by Mod TCMS because I said the length requirement for reviews might be why no one has reviewed this VN. Steam doesn't even require reviews to be that long. I can admit that the review itself wasn't that detailed, but the game deserves ratings for the quality it has. Therefore, I see the removal of my review as a disservice to this game in favor of censoring criticism to the site. If you're reading this (if my comment doesn't also get removed) then please try and review it yourself. There's no sensible world where this VN should have 0 ratings.

Normally, I don't play visual novels but there are some that catches my eye. This one is a good example, pretty well done, but I got confused at the ending. The only thing I can surmise is that there was some kind of accident involving both characters and a car, but even that is still unclear. If he hit her, then lost some memories cause of it, why would she be that fixated on him? Only theory I have is that he was her teacher at the school, they had a good relationship but only as teacher and student, after the accident, she lost her life and he fell into a coma, trying to get out of the coma, he was trying to retrieve the memories he lost due to the accident but in the process, realizes his own feelings for Karin. At the end, he realizes that he lost the one he loved from his own fault. I could be wrong but that is the only conclusion I can think of, otherwise, a good game.
