I suggest you to wait for 0.30, (i hope) it will be soon released and it will not be save compatibile with prev version
Agreed; wait for .30. If you really want to upgrade to .29, though, it's as simple as installing the new version (plus mods) in a different location and starting the game. The saves are stored centrally, so are automatically available to both (at least for PC).

I'm stuck on Tamara. I read that i have to follow and tutor her. After fight with crazy guy i lost option to follow her and iv been tutoring her twice a day for almost 30days and nothing changes, she still is cold.
Also is there a scene with Nikki invited as man?

Get back to a save before you fight Tamara's bodyguard, because there's no option to recruit her after the fight. No there's no male booty call invite over) for Nikki, but there are M/F obsessive and nympho scenes. Anyway as mentioned above I also suggest waiting for 0.30 since your saves from 0.29 won't be compatible with the new version.

That is not correct. If you change Nikki's sexuality to become essentially bisexual she can visit Billy while he is a male.

It's not a mess at all if you learn what's in the game and decide how you want to play it. There's a Wiki link in the OP. I suggest spending time reading it then you can use it as a reference.

Not that I'm on the Patreon, but it's been a LOOOONG time and the POINT that the patreons said was that they first wanted more relationships at school.
IIRC, there should be updates to other aspects of the game. From the superhero stuff to more fundamental things.
Don't know, but it's pretty good to space this game out with other stuff. At least, that's how I do it. I'm just waiting for 30 to replay and work on unlocking everything.
