Supposedly the updates take longer now because they are bigger. For instance the teachers update included 4 characters with their story paths and all, instead of the typical 1 main character per update we have had until then. This one is just one character again, Roxxy (although there will be some side content with others I guess, like her mother and her freinds), but they said it's a big update nontheless. We'll see about that soon enough, but until now they have delivered accordingly, so I think it will be okay. This is one of my favorite game too but there is one thing i still don't understand. Since the beginning, there were monthly update, i know that due to patreon rules they had to rework the game for the previous one. May be they explained it and i didn't saw it but now that they got 40k per month, it take more time too release their work.
I'm not here to complain, i'll play when it will be avalaible.
Since the first aunt update, releases have been every 6-8 weeks. The teacher update was twice the size as a normal update, so it took twice as long. DC said this update was roughly the same size as the teacher update, so one would guess it would take about the same amount of time. This is one of my favorite game too but there is one thing i still don't understand. I wish it were that simple. You don't really need it. You can change the name of the characters to whatever you like.
I hope they do, because that just heightens my experience once I inevitably wait for the incest patch to be updated and play with it.I wish it were that simple.
Here's hoping that Cookie keeps to the spirit of the original Diane and doesn't create a bunch of backstory on how Debbie and Diane are just friends in the next update. Even if it creates silly nonsensical sentences espousing the taboo nature of Diane having sex with her friend's friend's son.
Read this. And when you find a discount at "Labours R Us" for D.C. let us know:why shouldn't they work today? it's not like anyone from the main team aside from DC and aehentai were working the last couple days. so they had their free days. it's like i said i feel like most of the team doesn't take the project serious enough. maybe they don't get paid enough to care, then dc should increase how much he gives them. otherwise he needs to hire some new guys who make a better job and don't just take a couple days off when the update is at 98%.
Well, the problem with EMM is that it's all in your head. I mean you don't even get a good fap from mental masturbation.I'd say it's a severe case of FDS*...
*Fapper Derangement Syndrome.
The irony of insulting people on a porn games site by calling them "a bunch of dick-in-hand literal wankers" is spectacular. The development of this game is by far the most professionally managed project among all the adult games using the patreon model. There is consistent high-quality output, superbly and transparently organized in a way that's truly impressive. There are well-funded projects on patreon, like say, Something Unlimited, whose rate of development is virtually zero in comparison. Anyone could learn a thing or two about project management just watching this team work. And yet as soon as there is a slight delay in delivering each update, they get bombarded with indignant complaints and unsoliticed advice on how to do what they're amazingly good at, by a bunch of dick-in-hand literal wankers with zero capacity for delayed gratification.
TL;DR: See you all in the next week
Yikes. How delusional do you have to be to think releasing a buggy as fuck build every 4-5 months is optimal? The development of this game is by far the most professionally managed project among all the adult games using the patreon model. Please get it right, every 3 months.Yikes. How delusional do you have to be to think releasing a buggy as fuck build every 4-5 months is optimal?
AMEN!!due to all the hate throwing towards the devs and the lack of patients, i would just like to throw out that i love this game and the devs who make it what it is. you guys are awesome.
compared to ANY other game out there? SS has MUCH more content per update.. like MUCH MORE.. other games owuld take more than that to accomplish the same.Yikes. How delusional do you have to be to think releasing a buggy as fuck build every 4-5 months is optimal?
dont even joke about that.....imagine the shitstorm this thread would be turned into if that happened....I wish DC would delay this update just to troll those impatient dudes lmao.
