Because the 0.22 version of the game doesn't have the taxi event for Anastasia's husband coded into it. It's a feature of the 0.23 release only that's why it won't trigger for you. I mean you can have the 0.23 game files but if you're using the 0.22 mod then none of those 0.23 files will be seen by the 0.22 QSP.
oK Mystery solved then. I was working on logic tht the mod game would only alter the material in the mod. Stupid, just realized why, the modded QSP is actually more of the game file.

i Have tried to that, but in my questnavigator folder i have two folder, both with long sequences of numbers and letters, but neither of them seems to be for this game. I have tried to put the 1.sav in both of them, but the game wont load them
Maybe try saving a game, don't even really have to go very far into the game, just after the intro should work. See if it makes another folder in Quest Nav folder.
Any 0.23 Cheat mod that isnt buggy ?
There's bugs in every release, but if you're after something less buggy. Can try my project if you haven't already, link in signature. Cheat version has content from the 0.23 release but the cheats themselves I haven't gone through and updated them yet. Still on the 0.22 release for those, maybe if I stop procrastinating this weekend and update them...

Just in general, for people who have trouble using save files with a NEW/UPDATED qsp file:

1) Start a new game and just save your game.
2) Go to c:\users\<name>\documents\Сохранения игр Quest Navigator
3) Open LATEST created map (timestap should be when you created the ingame save)
4) You can now overwrite(!) the save file with the old or downloaded save.

(!) You can only overwrite a 1.sav with a 1.sav file etc, afaIk. Just putting a extra save in the quest nav map? THIS WILL NOT WORK! So easiest is to start new game (with the new qsp), create 6 saves and overwrite them with the ones you want to use.

Well, not quite. By starting a new game (different qsp, for example), saving in any slot (slot 1) and finding the save folder, you can add a new save (2.sav/3.sav) into the folder, tricking the game into thinking it's yours.

This method works in every qsp game that I've played, which is nearly all found on the site.

No, I haven't made a save file for the CCE version, since you can pretty much cheat your way anywhere you need to go really. Well at least up to where things were in the 0.22 release, which is still pretty far and fairly easy to get the new content as well.

For the saves, are they compatible with the CE version?

I haven't really tried, they might be though since same code just about. Though cheat version has some added for cheats. I'd probably just use the cheat version though, a lot of the events and scenes you'll miss without going to the events in the cheats version. If you're after 100% save, then I'd just suggest browsing the porn folder instead. You'll miss a ton just trying to get to a 100% save.

The good thing about SOB (and I guess maybe all QSP games?) with the cheats - especially the CCE version - is that cheating your way up to the newest content really only takes a few minutes for nearly all characters. Some characters and events require you to play through things in-game, but you can get 90% of the way to full unlock in half an hour. That's not nearly as bad having to play through all content from a restart.
