You forget that on the internet people love to go out of their way to tell others they hate something. If you have an anime display picture, people will go out of their way to click on any of your videos/posts just to tell you to kill yourself and grow up. You look slightly feminine? People go out of their way to call you gay.
Anyways, Fetish tag is way to vague. Don't know anything about diaper fetishes, but I'm assuming it doesn't always involve the same situations/themes and more information would be nice for people thinking of following the game

AB/DL isn't too rare. Might even just be uncommon, but it's understandably something to keep secret. Usually it comes with a mommy/daddy fetish, sometimes domination. It's hard to gauge how many are "diaper purists," you might say, and how many are actually kewl kids and do hardcore messing.
Its more about the people wanting the security and innocence of being a toddler while being able to be completely dependent on someone else for your every want and need.
