Love options only offer content with Sasha; but, if you choose NTR choices, you get more content such as 3some, bbc bj, and ass fuck. Play both routes to see different dialogue and scene between the two main characters.

Yes, you could tell by the changelog. Pretty sure the dev said a while back they are not making gigantic updates like they used to.

Indeed. If you play the non-NTR route there's hardly any content from chapter 5 onwards. It took a hard turn into a pure NTR-fest.
