Which download link are you using. I've just tried out the Gofile link in the original post, and everything went smoothly.

mega is my normal go to, however since this is over 3g it wants me to purchase its premium upgrade package, the other links for some reason keeps giving me an "unexpected archive interruption" error. i guess i can dissect the other corrupted copy's i have, perhaps one of them has the dll. if you don't mind sharing that will be kind of you, thank you.
