Yeah. I'm so stumped, I started asking on different forums and threads. This studio's Patreon has been deleted. And strangely enough, no one has given me an answer about the author's name yet.

The one who created Milky touch was StudioKuma. Here is a bunch of their art in another site. But I think they shut down I didn't search deep just surface level search.
