Actually, that's a misconception. Stormtroopers are very good shots - or at least as good as the Rebel commandos. In "A New Hope", Luke and Obi Wan come across the destroyed Sandcrawler and Obi Wan says "And these blast points, too accurate for Sandpeople. Only Imperial stormtroopers are so precise."@SkullYakker

With regards to the game, I've been looking for a good, naughty take on the Star Wars universe. Kinda looking forward to this.
when you play this game, you see stormtrooper react like child super excited to have "finally" touch the target with his blaster XD
I think most people are aware of the quote, but it's hard to believe in it since it gets to be ridiculous how many times in the OT several Stormtroopers find people in the open and fail to land a single shot.
My headcanon is that for some reason Stormtroopers suck at shooting and that line is symptom of Obi-Wan's compulsive lying.

My head canon believes that there are 2 reasons why the Stormtroopers are such crappy shots. The 1st is they were under orders by Lord Vader to harrass but not harm Luke and his friends, only so that he can manipulate events to his desire (wanting to turn Luke to the Dark Side and all that jazz, but we know how that turned out. GG L2P N00B VADER LOL!)
The 2nd reason is the Stormtroopers just want to love. They're not fighters; they're lovers. They look at the Rebels with their baby blue tops and their open-faced "oh so cute" bicycle helmets, and they see a brother, a sister, a mother or a father - they had to shoot and miss! Unfortunately for them, the Rebels see faceless drones in helmets serving an evil empire. Bang bang you dead, Imperial scum!
On a side note, I wonder if Sith ever force-choked themselves while "spanking the monkey". They seem like the cheeky sort of buggers LoL

I used to play Star Wars The Old Republic, the MMO, during the Sith Warrior quest chain you can turn a Jedi Padawan to the dark side. She's the kind that would make a fantastic BDSM dom.
The reason Stormtroopers can't shoot a Jedi is because of FORCE MAGIC guys. DUH!!! You can't expect blasters to hit a force sensitive individual, and you don't have to be a Jedi or Sith to be force sensitive, some people like Luke just were never tested or trained, they have an innate connection to the force that they exhibit in premonition like reflexes and so on. You can pretty much bet your ass that any significant individual in the SW universe has more midichlorians than the average person, that's why the fuckers appear to deflect blasters, they pretty much do! Don't hate on the regular people, they do fine against their own kind but they don't typically get screen time in the SW movies since no one wants to see regular people PEW PEW lasers at each other when there are super special people deflecting lasers with laser swords, that's just common sense.
Early on you see regular people get hammered by the Stormtroopers but I guess people forget it because it's the start of the film.

Vette was one of my favourite companions, certainly one of the better characters story wise.
Someone could make a porn game out of that with the amount of banging that goes on for an MMO, especially in the Agent and Smuggler stories.
