Saves Locations

So I just got a new computer, and I'm not looking to redo all my crap all over again, so I'm wondering where my save files go so I can put em on my external hard drive and then transfer them over.
If you need a list of games, I can do that. But I figured they all end up in the same place with a few exceptions (like man of the house)

If you are on Windows
Renpy saves are stored in the APPDATA folder
Press the Windows key and R
Type %appdata%
Press Enter
Backup the Renpy folder
Copy that folder into the same place on your new computer.
