There used to be a game on here which was made by russian developers I believe, it used the Ren'Py engine, and you had to date realistic 3D women who you picked up in different bars. You had to go on dates with them, then they agreed to have sex. The sex simulation was pretty detailed. You had your tiredness, hardness, orgasm meter, and it was quite difficult to bring your partner to orgasm without training. It had these pink/white bars which indicated how hard you were and how close. There was also a mechanic that if you started exhausting yourself you could extend your orgasm, because you would start losing your erection, but if you overexerted yourself, you would completely tap out and lose it. The women weren't particularly supermodels either, they looked pretty realistic, and most of them milfy.
