Thank you for the work. I have to say I'm keeping my fingers crossed for the College Life port. I think that game is really good but I can't stand RPG maker.

Note: These games are all working in the rpgm2renpy engine, but there's some performance problems and usability issues I want to make sure are addressed before releasing.

One of the main holdups is the animations are very high-FPS, and sometimes have a lot of frames. RenPy takes up a lot of memory if you play the animation as individual frames, so I'm thinking about trying to encode them into videos instead. But it's taking a bit more time to research and do it properly.

When I think of the crazy story of The Artifact I really feel like playing the whole thing again but I really do not mind the rpgm anymore. You've already transformed all games from the first demigod of the incest stories now the second demigod is missing and I can happily slip into the new year.

I was thinking today to replay "The Artifact", came here 1st.. no luck.. oh well I'll play the RPGMs and then I rememberd it's not the RPGMV version and it's the VX/Ace one..

Oh man yes. I have been bothering him since his first project by Icstor that he also transforms the games of Iccreation. The games were so good but the old rpgm really scares me off you could not even make a full screen without adding programs ... wtf give us the games!

Thanks for your condolences, I'm still alive but definitely finding it difficult to muster the effort to package The Artifact up for human consumption. It was very motivating to work on it up to the point that it was completable, but the extra polish to make sure it isn't too annoying to play feels out of reach.

I definitely want to finish it, but it's hard to find the time because further development competes with time playing other games, porn and otherwise. Have you tried

I can definitely emphasize better with "real" devs now: if you post a thread on these forums, get ready to be asked walkthrough questions or for android ports from now until you die.

What's the "too annoying to play" problem with The Artifact?

selectivepaperclip, love your work, mate, you really gave a second life to games that, even if enjoyed them in first run, I could never gather enough energy to pass again over all the grinding.
