Ren'Py Renpy Troubleshooting:(

So, yeahh mmm i got this issue for about a week or so, but i don't really know why (i played a lot of games on ren'py before, so i don't really know what's happening) i read in the forums that maybe the problem is the AV but i uninstalled that one, so i maybe need some help

Try renaming the folder with the Japanese emoticons or move your games into another folder.
