Renpy: Access menu on Android device that has no menu button?

Might be a dumb question but my new android phone has no dedicated menu button so how can you access a Renpy game menu if this is the case. I'm not sure how to save my progress otherwise. Also is there a way to hide the dialogue box similar to using "H" on a keyboard?

Hey,
I try to play Twists of My Life (renPy) on my smartphone (android ARM). The text is blocking half of the window/images. Like the threadstarter asked: is there a possibility to emulate the "H"-key or middle mouse button to temporary hide the text box?

Ingame the developer didn't consider the hide-button.
