I agree with everything else, the renders are good and the introduction to his family and AI budy wwas really charming.
However, the MMO babble killed my immersion. Any character should not have more lines than the mother or Yoshi for an introduction and the 'MMO battle' and 'trial' scene should be half as long max.

Imagine how many H scenes could there have been if the dev decided to cut down on the MMO intro. 'Show don't tell' bro. And in this case show pictures of your 'former' mom, sister, niece, your secretary and the EVE and EVA models. But hey don't neglect some good 'ol MMO porn that's a classic, too.

It's "into this coma" - comatose is the passive version of the word. When talking about a person experiencing a comatose state, the phrasing should be "They are in a coma" rather than "They are in a comatose" - the latter would be right if it was "They are in a comatose state."

Skippable intro? YES.
Shorter intro? NO.
The intro is coherent, has a multitude of plot points, I suspect the mage plus the 2 tanks helping him out, and I suspect the Rustbucket to be the real swapped body... The fact that I came dick in hand to play this as porn and I ended up thinking about the plot - that's proof enough for me that this is a well written and immersive story.
It annoyed me at first, then bored me, then I just decided to see how deep the rabbit hole was, and I was entertained with a rich story and a high SATISFACTION for going through it, and I consider the post-waking part(the actual erotic game) as a reward for my patience.

The graphics are simply beautiful and I believe it's a breath of fresh air from the multitude of similar games out there.
I can see many devs and genre fans blaming you for not walking the beaten path, but if you do it right and deliver high quality, please-oh-pretty-please, steer clear of the beaten path, for we are sick of it!

The music is fantastic, and me being a fan of Le fabuleux destin d'Amelie Poulain surely helps me be a bit biased.

One thing I did not get were the colored words... too many of them, when not necessarily needed. The other negative I could find... I just want more, so much more of this game, right now!

Bottom line: thanks for the game, it's been a trip and keeping focused and filtering the posts for the useful bits will surely help! Just being selfish, I really want to see this as a finished product/work of art!

This. This is what I want. I did not know I wanted this until I saw it. But now that I have seen it I know what I have been missing. I have seen the light boys. Redheads and Indian chicks are the way of the future.

All jokes aside I am super excited to see where this game goes. Sure the SAO/isekai feeling is a little cringe but the characters models are making me drool even now. I cant wait to see where this game is going. Hopefully somewhere interesting with an engaging gameplay loop.

The intro was really well made, the dev really put an effort there... too much effort.

After 10 minutes I started spamming Space, and even like that took me like 15 minutes of button mashing.
I felt like I was playing some Street Fighter on a fliperama all over again.

10/10 would feel nostalgic and hug redheads again

Great music, great looking women, and a somewhat interesting story. I can get behind this. However it felt super long and dragged out. I recommend some sort of fast forward button or something to skip dialog. Other wise very well done!

My hand hurts, but for the wrong reason.
Seriously, removing the skip button is the biggest no-no in my book for VNs. This game was 99% text and non adult content. By the time I got to the first couple of titties, I was too bored to continue. Renders look great and all but the dev really missed the mark on what makes an adult VN interesting. The MMO plot could've been reduced to a one minute introduction. It literally took me 15 minutes of frantic clicking to get to the first woman in the game.

Oh my god man, this game, the ups and downs I had playing it, its stands a perfect example of why I play through all the games fully and out of 10 mundane of them 1 is absolutely brilliant and worth the time investment. Starts off very slow but completely turns itself around halfway through the introductory episode alone.

Ok, so I tried to get through this shit but that Intro is absolutely disgusting.

And no skip button? Wtf was that developer thinking? Who gives a fuck about this Sword Art:Online tier garbage? Give us those sexy milfs in the picture and cut the bullshit.

My fingers literally hurt from skipping through all of this garbage pointless dialogue.

EDIT - Oh, and here's the kicker. The only "semi" fappable content in the game, lasts 2 minutes.

So far, this game gets a hard pass from me. Pretty renders or not

Woow a great start!! The attention to detail, effort and polish that went in this 0.01 is greater than many completed games in here. Not to mention the two redheads!!!

@Polyrotix the reason you are getting so much shit/feedback/suggestion/ideas is because what you did really resonate with people and they want to help improve it, I will try to say something I haven't seen yet here:

The screen shaking effect in renpy. please please remove like 3/4 of it, sometimes you use 4 times in a row!! This was meant to highlight a important moment but you overuse it so, so much that it looses the purpose and is just annoying, really annoying because its so frequent.

Regarding the opening, I won't repeat what others have already said. I skipped most of it, feeling bad because you put a lot of effort in it, but I couldn't care less about all of that, hope that this whole plot thing doesn't comeback to the story.

TBH I hope that you were doing a fantasy non-erotic game, was well in to the development of it when you decided to make a erotic game and used the old game as intro.

One last thing, you don't have a Mac version yet, but I played fine using Wine, if you don't mess too much with the renpy engine it should continue to be fine in the future, but if you do release a Mac version a lot of people would be happy here.
