Heh, I ain't going anywhere Lament, you'll still get my money. I'm just venting because I have seen decisions like this go bad so many, many times.
I hate it when you can't see all the content on one playthrough, and have to go back to old saves and guess what the hell you need to do to unlock stuff. When there is no gallery and you can't even tell if you are missing content, that sucks twice as hard. This game will never appeal to the "but I want to make lots of choices that change everything" crowd, it's too late for that, so by adding branching now we get the worst of both worlds.
And focusing on specific girl-- in a harem game??!? I'm all for more content with the girls but let me see it all. I mean, there will always be a few hardcore self-insert guys that want to pledge devotion to one girl and just focus on that, but given this is an established product it's probably safe to assume the large majority of us want to see all the girls (with a few exceptions where people find specific characters offputting due to their physical appearance, age, etc). You'd be more true to the harem ethos if you add more multi-girl combinations (N-somes) rather than more singleton paths.
Firstly, This will never be about the money for me.
Sure, it pays my bills, but that was a big surprise, and I'm never going to count on that and take it for granted.

Secondly, I don't plan on doing it too much in the way of making people miss wanted content.
There will be no paths.
There will be alternate scenes from time to time.
Let me explain further.
Example choice:
1. Go to the store with Alex.
2. Stay home and play video games.
1. Go to the store with Alex: slim chance there will be any fucking, or tit sucking.
There will however be a chance to have random conversation with her, in order to get to know her better.
2. Staying home to play video game: perhaps one of the girls brings you a sandwich or stops by to talk about random shit, or perhaps you even just play video games and think.
In a lot of cases, the choice will also just be there to skip that characters content because you aren't interested.
I am the only one writing and rendering for this game/story, and I don't want to have to write/render for a bunch of paths, and have to keep track of them.
Thirdly( Idk if that's a word), I have always wanted small choices in this game.
Before now, I didn't have the capability of writing the story with choices.
I thought the best place to introduce it , would be at the start of a new arc.
And just a heads-up ahead of time, Arc 3 will have multiple endings. I have wanted that from the beginning.
I hope that gives a better view of what I plan to do.
