(qsp) Simgirl english - russian problem

I downloaded simgirl from this link (below the ''still in development'' category)

When I run the game it originally starts in english. After opening the SimGirl.1.4_EN.qsp via the qsp player , texts are in english but pics and gifs disappear after doing that. I would be so grateful if someone could help me play this game.

You have to download the russian version first, since it contains all the sounds and images etc.
Then apply all the russian patches.
Then download the english stuff apply in order.
Then the english menu thing.
