Normally I defend Devs when people go all "SCAM" on forums page. But seriously... I'm not sure how to even try for this group
i didnt call scam.
i just mention the fact that its not rare to see devs getting lots of money without doing anything.
some abandonned games still continu to get money each months... its not much, sometime more than hundreds $ per month. like i say, i guess some peoples just simply forget to delete their pledges, or they dont care about giving some few bucks here and there.
these kind of patreon page always end closed due to patreon team watching around or getting reported. but some live for months before that to happen. allowing devs to get almost thousand $ without doing anything.
in this case, getting no update in 2 years is still a big time :/.. i m not against few months, like Akabur or else wich require 4 or more months before getting an update. but when it reach and go up to 1 year... i just lost hope. guess some peoples are more strong than me at this point lol
The only new art I see is the splash page and menus.
The cells for the animations have existed since September...
It must've cost all this time to create menus and code/Unity assembly.
I just want to see them *finish* a project - we'll see!

This one they plan to sell on Steam to have an added revenue source, so they "should" finish it one day.
Or, you know, early access...

Yeh, because 6k a month for the mere fact of existing in the world to divide between 3(?) people is really tight money.
Reminder that the dumb fucks were getting 9-15k a month when they actually worked in the game a couple years ago.
Wait, really? So that means this game will not be an h-game? Just a beat-em-up with a sexy chick as MC and maybe a little erotic stuff, but no porn? Or selling on steam doesn't mean that there will be no porn? I'm confused. And scared...

Steam are now fully allow for R18 or any adult content to be publicly sold without need of any censorship for a while now. If they plan to sell them as it is, it wouldn't be any problem.... if they finished it that is.

The whole Malise and Machine devs doing their own engine was stupid. If they thought RPG Maker was not advanced enough then they should have just made it 3D and used something like unity or unreal and made a fully 3d game which had most of the work done in terms of the engine which they could have bolted their combat system into it. That way they could have got the core game down and then added their highly rendered cutscenes in at a later date.
Instead they decided to go down this stupid route of building a game engine from scratch which is, frankly, a massive undertaking for any size development team.
There is no way that game is getting finished.
In fact I would say that for the first game they should have kept with RPG Maker, got used to development and the time scales of development.
Finished the first game, even if it was short. Then done this one as a second game whilst in the background using prodits form producing actual content to create the bedrock for masterpiece.

They arent building a new engine. Its RPGM. Not even MV. Its the old one. They just modified it, but thats not even in what they say they have wasted 2 years in, since they had that already done since 2 thousand and fucking 13, its supposedly on porting 3 models to Maya(?).
Now, should they have just finished the fucking game as it was progressing till they decided to start scamming people? Absolutely.

Regardless of that, they claim what has taken them 2 years of work is porting three models.

What the actual fuck. Somehow the unsubscribing didn't go through twice in a row now oO My connection is really iffy at times, maybe i was just unlucky. Maybe i am stuck with supporting these dudes forever, because i was mean to animals in my former life or something like that, i dunno.
Might as well post the November update here.

Burning the 3 bucks would have been more useful since you wouldnt be giving it to them.
They actually have the balls to say that they havent even started making the sex scenes. Seriously these people fucking impress me with how shameless they are. I know I have already said it, but it is IM FUCKING PRESSIVE the low amount of fucks they give about letting you know they are scamming you.
