problem with the majority renpy games

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with the majority of renpy games:
1- for some games (like pandora's box for example), the game stop after less than 1 or 2 minutes of it's launching and i can't play the game without skipping;
2- for other games (like fashion business for example), the game is totally blocked and i can't totally progress after the intro.
these problems are new and didn't exist until january or february 2020.
what's can be the problem? and thank you for the response.

- Windows (Windows updates are well-known for breaking the system)
- AV/Windows Defender etc.
- outdated graphic card drivers
- etc.

- start with checking if your gpu drivers are the latest
- then uninstall/deactivate your protection software (AV/Windows Defender)
- Repair Windows files (sfc etc. fresh install of Windows)
- ditch Windows and install Linux

in settings, you can tell windows update to fuck off, and stop it from destroying your graphics drivers

we have to assume that Microsoft is doing this intentionally, because it's been reported over 100 million times, and they keep doing it anyway.
