Im having an issue when i download things with megaupload, in that it never finishes when it reaches the end it starts over and it redownloads, it keeps doing this till i reach my limit for the day. anyone have any ideas on what to do?

I had this issue as well and it took me forever to find a way to "fix it".
Simply leave your mega browser tab open after you start downloading it with the program.
The % on the browser tab will update along with the program and when it hits 100% it'll finish without starting again.
