Hi, i was wondering which kind of languages in erotic games would you prefere.

Honestly, I don't know.

The moaning in both languages sounds fake and kinda ridiculus.
In western porn they tend to sound like zombies and in japanese porn they sound like squeaky dog toys.
The sex talk in both is also stupid.
In English, it's often a "Give it to me baby! Fuck me harder! Oh yeah, your huge cock!" and in Japanese, often every little thing is described (I once played a 3d porn game in which the woman talked constantly and narrated everything that was going on).

But since I don't understand Japanese except for a few words and phrases, at least I won't notice if the voice acting is terrible.

I generally prefer to listen to my music, and therefore disable the sound. So, I don't care in which language are the dialogs I'll not hear.

Well, Japan actually has professional voice actresses. Name like one western porn game (other than Snow Daze and subverse) that didn't have terrible voice acting. Even the good English voice acted games fail miserably during sex scenes because they never had practice saying the porny over dramatic sex dialogues since professional English porn voice actresses do not exist, as far as I know. In Subverse's case, they just omitted sex dialogues entirely with their retarded PANDORA system.

Basically agree with what Hagatagar said but voted English because while cringy and off-putting at least it's not physically painful for me. I cannot stand the high-pitched squealing nor can I tell whether someone is having the time of their life or is literally being torn to shreds on the inside.
