Downloads from there usually do. Make a mental note of who the uploader was, then click the red password link top of the site to find the password they use.

Look at the links at the top of the website carefully. There's a section in bright, bold red letters in all caps that says PASSWORD

Just posting for completion. To play this animation you need a way to have Flash (The installation guide in OP is outdated) the easiest way is to use a Browser with it installed. I found a Firefox Portable with Flash you can get it either
